YOUTH TRAINING


Trainers Elite youth programs focuses on the development of self esteem, and self discipline. We promote a positive, supportive environment that encourages personal growth and development. We take a non-violent approach to dissolving conflict.

Our youth classes integrate physical fitness and self defense techniques that will help to improve your child's coordination, concentration and team work.

Respect
- Self -esteem is of prime importance.  It grows by praise and encouragement.  Teachers, trusted friends, and especially parents can build self-esteem by regularly recognizing and celebrating even small accomplishment.  When we have a healthy sense
of self-respect, we can see the value of others and we can welcome their contributions.  Strong, worthwhile relationships grow out of mutual respect.
